Project Foreman – Underground Utilities/Roadway
Location: Northwest Ohio | Employment Type: Full-Time
Summary: Lead the way on job sites across Northwest Ohio. As a Project Foreman, you’ll supervise and work alongside your crew on underground utility, roadway, and sitework projects. You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure safety and productivity are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily crew activities and jobsite logistics

Coordinate materials, equipment, and trucking

Interpret and work from construction drawings

Maintain production and safety documentation

Communicate with project inspectors, engineers, and management

Ensure schedules and safety goals are met

Lead crews with confidence and hands-on expertise
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of underground utility or civil construction experience

Proven leadership and crew management background
-
Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans
-
Strong communication and organization skills
-
Valid Driver’s License required
Project Engineer/Estimator – Earthwork/Roadwork/Underground Utilities
Location: Northwest Ohio | Employment Type: Full-Time
Summary: Support both public and private civil construction projects. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, resource coordination, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily crew activities and coordinate materials, equipment, and trucking for safe, productive job sites

Direct and oversee crew methods, workflow, and productivity

Read, interpret, and comprehend construction drawings and plans
-
Complete daily and weekly paperwork related to production quantities, safety, and project reporting

Communicate effectively with team members, inspectors, engineers, and project leadership

Facilitate planning sessions and method reviews with fellow leaders and management
-
Meet project schedule goals and production benchmarks
-
Work safely around live utilities and enforce jobsite safety practices
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or Construction Management
-
2+ years of experience in civil construction
-
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HCSS HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office
-
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
